Galile-1 is Earendil's production system for data center site feasibility and due diligence. It keeps the conclusion and the evidence behind it together from the first screening question to the final recommendation.
Land, grid, planning, water, access, environmental and infrastructure evidence rarely arrive at the same time or with the same authority. Galile-1 records the source, date, method and governing condition behind each material finding, so the team can distinguish a confirmed fact from a working assumption.
Incomplete evidence is not turned into certainty.
Every material point remains in one of four explicit states. A finding is proven when it is supported by a named source, direct observation or reproducible calculation. It is assumed when the analysis needs it to proceed but the responsible party has not yet confirmed it. A blocking condition prevents the current option from proceeding unless something changes. An unresolved question can still change the recommendation.
Contradictions stay visible. Where a utility, authority, licensed engineer or local adviser must confirm an answer, the record says so rather than allowing confidence to become a single opaque score.
The reasoning survives the handoff.
Each finding connects a precise statement to its state, its basis, its implication for the site decision and the next action most likely to change the answer. A recommendation can therefore be followed back to the material that supports it, challenged when new evidence appears and handed to the professionals who continue the project.
Depending on scope, the resulting package can include a decision memo, source and assumption registers, constraint maps, site comparisons, failure modes, editable working files and a ranked verification plan. The purpose is to show what deserves the next euro or dollar of engineering, and why.

The engineering team reviews the evidence and the reasoning before delivery. Galile-1 is not a licensed engineer, architect, utility, surveyor, environmental authority or legal adviser. Earendil's work does not replace those professionals; it makes the questions for them explicit and prioritizes the work that follows.
